Transferred Licenses
In order for a license to be transferred, it must be the current version or an earlier version. The upgrade prices for first-time Gemvision customers who own keys purchased on the secondary market are as follows. For second-hand/party license buyers (users who purchased MatrixGold from someone other than Gemvision or an authorized Gemvision retailer), we have a discounted upgrade price for "new customers" when they upgrade their software for the first time from Buy Gemvision. Upon exchanging the previous MatrixGold version license(s), Gemvision offers second-party MatrixGold users an upgrade price of $2,499 for the current MatrixGold version or $999 for the most current version of MatrixGold. This cost does NOT include any Rhino upgrade that must be purchased for the additional price (or the NEW Rhino full version price). With this purchase, the customer is then entitled to 1 month of technical support, access to regularly scheduled MatrixGold upgrades ) and the online user group forum. Additional fees apply to access Gemvision Online Academy and other services.
Matrix & RhinoGold
For a license to be transferred, we have a discounted "new customer" price for first-time Gemvision customers who have keys purchased on the secondary market as follows. For used/party dongle/license buyers (users who purchased Matrix® or RhinoGold from someone other than Gemvision or an authorized Gemvision reseller). A $999 referral fee will be charged after passing a legal license verification. No upgrade of Gemvision Enhanced Software or Rhinoceros is included in this Transfer Agreement. With this purchase, the customer is then entitled to 1 month of technical support for the lifetime of the software support. Additional fees apply to access Gemvision Online Academy and other services.
To allow Gemvision to transfer ownership of a Gemvision product from one company to another, complete the previous forms and ensure compliance with the following policy based on the software transferred.

We exclude additional license transfers as all licenses are linked to the main license. This means when a transfer is requested, all licenses must be transferred, not 1 or more, but all under the same master license.
