For the past few years, we have continued to provide technical support, bug fixes, and more to help make the transition to a newer version of these software programs more seamless. However, as of August 31, 2022, Gemvision will discontinue technical support for all versions of Matrix and RhinoGold. This means that we will no longer supply maintenance services that keep this software compatible with updates or fix any emerging issues within the software.
Will Gemvision continue to offer technical support for Matrix and RhinoGold software?
No, Gemvision will no longer provide technical support for Matrix or RhinoGold. We will offer limited self-service options covering common technical issues on gemvision.com for unsupported software.
Am I eligible for MatrixGold " Transition Prizes "?
Yes, you are eligible for MatrixGold Transition Pricing if you are the primary owner of Matrix 7, 8 or 9 or RhinoGold 5 or 6.

What does end of support mean?
On August 31, 2022, Gemvision will end technical support for all versions of Matrix and RhinoGold. This means we no longer provide maintenance services to keep this software compatible with Microsoft updates or to fix emerging issues with the software.
Can I still use my software after the support date has expired?
Yes, you can continue to use your Matrix or RhinoGold software.

No, Gemvision will no longer provide technical support for Matrix or RhinoGold. However, there will be self-help documentation with the most common questions and answers when launching or running the software. It will be available soon on Gemvision.com.
